Why do you not show rental prices?
Depending on what items you wish to rent, special package discounts may apply. We also have to calculate other things such as supplies if you rent items such as Frozen Drink Machines, Cotton Candy Machines etc. After you send your completed rental request, we will contact you to discuss options and give you a quote.
How far away from Tampa will you deliver?
That depends on the number of items rented. If the event is large enough, we have delivered as far as 100 Miles from Tampa. Please contact us with your particular needs, we may deliver further away.
Are your rental items Inspected and Insured?
All inflatable items such as Bounce Houses and Water Slides, as well as amusement park style rentals such as the Ferris Wheel and Rock Wall are thoroughly inspected and insured per applicable state laws. For more details or questions regarding this, please contact us.
Are we required to clean rental items before return or pickup?
NO! In fact, inflatable items such as bounce houses will mildew if they are rolled up when wet. please make sure that they are dry before rolling them up if such is applicable. If you must roll an inflatable up wet, please let us know when it is returned. In regards to concession rentals such as Hot Dog Machines, Frozen Drink Machines and Cotton Candy Machines, a light clean up and dump of excess product is appreciated. We thoroughly clean and sanitize them when they return to our warehouse regardless.
